| RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION | ||
| In-season Rates: June 28 – August 30, 2008. Weekly only $700 – $1500 (depending on unit). Go to Cottages in the menu.

| Off Season Rates: Daily, weekend and weekly. Stay 2 nights get the third night 1/2 off. $90 – $180 per day (depending on unit).

| Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made within 60 days of reservation, deposit will be fully refunded less a 10% processing fee if paid by credit card. If cancellation is not made prior to 60 days of reservation, a $250 cancellation fee will be assessed per cottage rented.
