Cancellations: If notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to reservation date the deposit is refundable less a $25.00 processing fee (net credit card fees). Unfortunately, no refunds of deposits are available if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the reservation date. If multiple cottages are reserved, a 90 day cancellation prior to arrival is required.
